Lock sign while using LT0G transaction

Hi

We have created Transfer order with reference to delivery number and confirmed TO.

Now stock held destination bin 916 001 8001129962

By mistake user transferred stock from 916 to 100 using LT10 tcode and utilized it for another order.

Now we are trying to cancel the confirmed TO using LT0G for then system not allowing us to select the line item showing lock sign.

We tried LT01 for manual TO creation but it is not updating desired storage type 916.

Need expert advice to cancel the confirmed TO.

Couple more points/hints on your question.

First of all you can't cancel a confirmed TO. You can only create a new TO that will move the stock back.

LT0G is not to cancel a TO. LT0G creates a new TO to return stock against picked delivery; it returns stock from 916 storage type.

If I understand your situation correctly a delivery was picked and the stock was moved to storage type 916, bin 8001129962. Then erroneously the stock was moved from 916 8001129962 and bin 8001129962 was deleted by the system, as it's a dynamic storage bin. Now the delivery is in fully picked status, but the stock is missing in 916 8001129962 bin.

To correct the situation you need to create a new TO with LT01 movement type 999 to move the stock to 916 8001129962. But first you need to create bin 916 8001129962 in LS01N. Then you need to confirm the TO. That will make the things straight.

Just don't forget to delete 916 8001129962 bin in LS02N after goods issue is posted against the delivery and the bin is empty.

What do you want to achieve? Do you want to do:

1. get stock in 916 and picked delivery ready for goods issue or
2. revoke delivery pickup and return stock from 916 to the warehouse?

Once you get the stock to 916 to bin = delivery number and want to revoke delivery pickup you need to follow procedure described in note 1459764 - Cannot cancel a TO using LT0G as items are locked

The note describes alternative scenario to LT0G if LT0G doesn't work.
