Issues in CO27(Picklist)

Hi Team,

Your help will be greatly appreciated. 

We are facing an issue in PP-WM integration; We uses pick list process as production order releases will create Transfer Request (TR) and Transfer order (TO) in SAP.  TO will be confirmed and stock reaches to staging bin from warehouse bin.  From where CO27 will be used to post 261 to production order.

We recently started seeing issue between TO confirmation and staging stock 

TO confirmed successfully with correct quantity; Stock moves to staging by allocating the stock to production order (requirement number).  Later when they tried to execute CO27(GI to production order), it says deficit qty and committed qty column in Co27 become less than the requirement qty. 

We activated the stock removal check box for the staging bin and did not see any transaction from staging bin to any other bin (No transfer order to take out the stock from staging bin); Not sure how stock decreased.

Can you please help me to understand what could go wrong here?  

We are in S4Hana 2021 WM and not using EWM.
