I have tried to upload the file for 301 mvt type using lsmw.
i want to upload 100 data from a file...it should generate one material document number..while recording i have used f8 key then only it will back to material field. but when i run batch input session, first data it is taking but when it comes to secomd data, it s displaying a message as "Field DKACB_fmore does not exist in screen SAPMM07M"............
how it will take continuous data one by one .
any looping method is required for this??
plz help me out.
Thanks & Regards,

Hi,
As per requirement, AKPT given solution is recommended.
Check BMSEG (Batch Input Structure: Material Movements) field details in SE11.
In addition to that, in LSMW steps, during "Create Batch Input Session",
Enter "Max. Number of items" : <100> as per need
System will post documents with line items as u mentioned in last step.
Note: System will split documents, if your document reference (XBLNR) will differ.
e.g.
Total line items: 100 & Unique reference (XBLNR) is 5
It'll Post 5 Material Documents.

Hi,
The structure(BMSEG) having all fields for all types of material movements (e.g. 301, 309, 311 etc).
As per requirement, use desired fields in your source field to input.
For TP: 301, you must keep BUDAT, BWART WERKS, LGORT, MATNR, ERFMG, ERFME, CHARG (if Batch Managed), UMWRK, UMLGO, UMCHA(if Batch Managed).
Other fields can be used as desired.

HI ,
Thanks for your information.
It was Helpful.
As you mentioned that ,
Note: System will split documents, if your document reference (XBLNR) will differ.
Plz explain me...
One material doc should generate for one excel file...file may contains even 1000 items also..
Is it possible?
Thanks & Regards,
Deepika.
The accounting document limits this desire. It can only have 999 items.
Check in your test system how many items an accounting document has for just 1 of your Excel lines, then you can calculate how much you can maximum enter into one material document. SAP restricts e.g. the physical inventory document to 333 items for that reason.
Hi,
As Jurgen inform about A/C document limit, don't use huge lines per document.
I'll suggest to use Max:300 ( myself use mostly.)
It'll help you to keep track & validate on need.
