Hi Satish,
That is the behavior when the account is not open item managed.
You can evaluate using either FINS_ACTIVATE_OIM on S4, or FAGL_ACTIVATE_OIM on ECC, to reactivate open item management.
Please consider OSS notes 2745769 - FINS_SWITCH_TO_OPEN_ITEM: Activation of Open Item Management - SAP for Me (S4) or 1770786 - FAQ - Open Item Management - FAGL_ACTIVATE_OP - SAP for Me (ECC).
