How to change but000-milve use bapi or system-function?

I use FM CVI_EI_INBOUND_MAIN to create BP data,and there is a field, milve ,that i find it in customer-central_data which the struc is cmds_ei_vmd_central_data.Of course,it's in LFA1,not in BUT000.

But i can see the field on screen BP basic view , and there is a field name's milve in BUT000.

So what i can try?Any helps,please.

Of course,i'm glag to learn the principle of the field,too.
