Hi ,
I want to trace the parking date for the document which is subsequently post. In standard SAP system i tried to find out more but i am not able to find where we can traced parked document date. Please find below case for your reference:-
Suppose :- Document date is 01st January 2015
We parked the document on 05th January 2015
We post the document which is earlier parked on 27th May 2015
So, please help to provide me any functionality through which we can trace out parked document date (05th January 2015)
Thanks in advance for your kind help.
Thanks & Regards,
Rajkumar
Hi
You may follow the below Steps to add the Entry Date of the document in FBL*N reports:
1) Open FBL1N & Click on Setting - Special Field as below Screen:
2) as below screen show : you can add the entry data ( also Parked by and User Name who posted the transactions:
Then you Need you run Program RFPOSXEXTEND from T-code SE38 to re-structure the FBL*N reports in order to add the new columns

Hi Mahmoud,
Thanks for your prompt reply.
But i dont want to traced deleted parked document or who parked the document. After posting the document which is earlier parked , I want to trace only date on which respective document was parked.
Thank you for your understanding.
Thanks & Regards,
Rajkumar
Hi Raj,
Check the field BKPF-PPNAM(parked by) if its not empty then the entry date would be the parked date.
Cheers,
