Horizontal Scroll bar for Service PR, PO and service entry sheet at service item level is not coming

Hello Experts,

Horizontal Scroll bar in Service PR, PO and service entry sheet at service item level is not coming. Due to this I am not able to check the data which is given the service level. Please suggest me, is this any screen settings or any technical error. Please help me to fix this issue.

Hello,

Issue resolved. Changed the configuration at the service level which will be appear in PR/PO/Service Entry Sheet right corner in the service tab. Then click on Administrator >> No. of fixed columns. Change the number of fixed columns to less number say 2 or 4. Then the Horizontal scroll bar will appear.

Function of "No. of fixed columns" field - it will control from left of the screen how many columns are to be fixed [Ex: 2 or 4 fixed column's]. so, if we given more value which exceeds the count of the columns in the service tab then the scroll bar will disappear by considering the columns as fixed.
