Hi Experts,

Good Day!

I have a requirement to implement but i'm not sure if this is possible and where to start.

1. Sales Order should handle both Goods and Services
2. Delivery will allow and proceed having only the Goods

3. Billing will accept and create only 1 invoice for Sales Order - for Services and Delivery - for Goods.

Hope you can guide and help me on this.

Hi,

To handle your requirements in SAP, you can follow these general steps:

1. Configure Sales Order for Goods and Services:

   • Set up item categories for both goods and services in the Sales Order. You can create different item categories or use the standard ones provided by SAP.

2. Set up Delivery for Goods:

   • Configure the delivery process to handle only goods.

3. Create Billing for Services and Goods:

   • Configure the billing process to handle both services and goods on a single invoice.

You can use different item category for goods and services.
One for goods and another for services in sales order.

Delivery however goods only will be delivered, since services is not required in delivery.

Billing again clubbing for both goods and services.
