Can anyone explain me funds management.

I want to know from wheer funds come in consumed budeget in budget report and also solution to error - budget exceeds.

i am actually new to this topic. So please can u clear what do u mean by AVC and also can u tell me from where budget gets accumulated to consumed budget.
