Few Outbound IDOC getting stuck ( Function IDOC_INBOUND_ASYNCHRONOUS not found)

We are using change pointers IDOC for sending master data to non sap system(Dell BOOMI).

Problem:

every 1 out ouf 3 or 4 idoc are getting stuck with status code 03 SAP

IN SM58 we can check the idoc stuck Check this screenshot sm58.png (Error : Function IDOC_INBOUND_ASYNCHRONOUS not found)

Process: After changing data we are running BD21, we14 then BD75 (after running few idoc are sent to receiver system but some are getting stuck as seen in SM58)

Note: Quite new to IDOC if any important input I am missing let me know in comments

Could you find solution on above issue. We are connecting with middleware Boomi as well and struggling with the same error.
