FBCJ multiple currencies

Dear Gurus,

Can we maintain Different Multiple Currencies in the Cash Journal ( FBCJ ).

If yes could you please give the procedure for it.

Hi Rohit,

Create different Cash Journal for company code with multiple currencies through T-code:FBCJC0

Once you select the cash journal for related company code and post the document through FBCJ system will post the document in the currency  same as in the cash journal which you selected with company code.

   Config setting for multiple currency: FBCJC0

Once you select above cash journal in FBCJ system will pick their respective currency.

See Cash Journal 0001 is with USD on above config, same currency is coming in FBCJ screen once you selected Cash Journal 0001

Hi Rohit,

the path to set up multiple Cash Journal is-

Spro>Financial accounting>Bank accounting>Business Transactions>Cash journal.

Two mail customizing needed are:-

1) Setting up account for Cash Journal- so if you want a new Cash journal for a diff currency you should have a GL account with the particular Currency, which you will add in the step 1

Then you need to define a Cash Journal and assign the currency

I hope you are looking for maintaining different Currency for the same cash journal. there is no provision to assign multiple currency. The only solution for this is to maintain multiple cash journal with different currency.

Hello,

yes you can via transaction code FBCJC0 or menu SPRO....  you can setup different Cash Journals with different Currencies for your company code.

With FBCJ you can select which cash journal you want to post. You need for each cash journal a separate GL account with corresponding Currency.
