FAGLB03 dropdown balance mismatch Line item totals

We are using EHP 8 and got this programm error in balance display of FAGLB03 and line item .

How to solve this programm error?

Actually I was looking for something similar to 970096.

We can not implement this one cause of system version is not applicable for us
we need SAP_APPL 618

Thank you for your comments, actually the reason of this issue was filter in line items display report(reversed items were removed from report), this was the reason of mismatch in our case.
But for those who has this kind of issues can use these OSS notes that were mentioned above
