ESS - w-2 form election doesn't work in HTTPS

Hello Experts,

We have w-2 form election view in ESS. It allows user to select if w-2 form should be received in paper or online.

Once user clicks on one of the option, a confirmation pop-up appears.

Issue is, when portal accessed using HTTPS, pop-up doesn't appear. It shows loading icon and nothing happens further.

But when tested using 'HTTP', pop-up appears and works fine.

Has anyone faced similar issue?

Portal is 7.31.
