Error when Trying to export report with API Gateway

Hi ,

We are using sap business one gateway to execute a crystal report.

But when we sent the request we get the below error

Error code name:Unexpected database connector error.Please note that the report has been verified and also the same report works when executed from sap client.Thank you for your time

Hi xenios,

You didn't mention the SAP Business One version and patch.

A known bug related to error message: Unexpected database connector error was fixed in SAP Crystal Reports, version for Eclipse SP28.

SAP Business One Version 10.0 FP2111 should have that fix.

Thank you for your reply.

The SAP version is version 10 FP2202.

Also please note that we were able to execute other crystal report we are having the issue only with that specific report.

xenios were you able to solve this problem?. My SAP version is 10 FP22 and get this error. I wasn't able to find any solution elsewhere.
