Hi Experts,

I am facing error in creating TO as

No items that are to be picked were found

Message no. L3124

Diagnosis

This delivery does not contain any open items that require picking.

This can result from the following conditions:

  • The delivery item is not assigned to the warehouse number you entered.
  • The delivery item is not assigned to the plant you entered.
  • The picking status of the delivery item is marked "not relevant" or "picking complete"
  • The WM status of the delibery item is "not relevant".
  • In the delivery item, there is no open quantity to be picked.

Procedure

To analyze the exact cause, display the delivery.

How can I resolve this issue. I am facing always

Hello dev2712

I think the message says it all. First of all you need to check the picking status of the delivery's items. If they are not relevant for picking, you can't create a transfer order.

Check the following:

  1. If a storage location is maintained in the items.
  2. If the storage location is WM relevant.
  3. If the items' types are customized as picking relevant.

I checked all the configurations but not able to find where did I miss. I can see that the warehouse no is not listed in LTAK table - LGNUM field. Can you guide me where can I do the further configuration

dev2712 I can't help you unless you share more information, e.g. screenshots of the delivery, screenshot of delivery item type configuration, warehouse number assignment etc.

As per the screenshots the configuration looks fine. I've just realized that you use Lean WM:

Therefore checkout the value of the "Degree of activation field". Typically it has the value of 1:

Also please share the details of your outbound delivery, we need to make sure that:

  1. the item type ABCD is correctly determined there
  2. the storage location ABCD is maintained on the delivery item
