Automatic selection of required Task list while results recording.

Hi Experts,

I have two inspection plans with different specifications for the same material, and I want that at the time the GRN system reads the only specific inspection plan that should be read. Is this possible to automate?
If yes, then how can we do this? Please guide.

It worth to check this customer exit in transaction SMOD:
Enhancement QPAP0002

"Description
With this enhancement you can influence the plan selection in the inspection lot. You can also edit an additional field (MAPL-SUCHFELD) during the material/plan assignment in the plan maintenance transaction.

To allow this additional field to be processed, three exits (EXIT_SAPLCZDI...) have been integrated into the plan maintenance transaction. Only one exit each can be activated when formatting the selection parameters in the inspection lot program (EXIT_SAPLQPL1_001) and plan selection program (EXIT_SAPLQPAP_002)."

Hi Abbas,

To my knowledge this is not possible, as the system only can assign a unique inspection plan. If not a single/unique inspection plan can be determined by the system you should assign it manually to the inspection lot.

Alternatives to make plans unique: adjust the validity dates of the plans, assign specific suppliers to the inspection plans, delete a inspection plan so only one plan exists for the material.
