ECC - sales employee's Email address not auto filled in sales order

Dear experts,

I have tried to add a partner function: PE - Sales employee: 10003593 in a sales order: 140800929 in ECC then check the detail information about the Sales employee: 10003593, the Tele number is auto filled, but the e-mail address is not auto filled.

Also I have checked the HR information about the sales employee in T-CODE: VPE3

The email address is proper maintained.

Is this a standard SAP way only filling Tele number, not fill Email?

Is there a standard way to make it possible to auto fill the Email address after manually input the sales employee?
