Hi experts ,
I am getting an error when trying to download the file ( uoloaded from SAP GUI , tcode CV01N)
in PLM WUI from Documents screen .
The message says
"Security List message ; downloading wrong server "
Please note , the storage category i am using is SAP std storage category , DMS_C1_ST , which points to a physical path
on the server something like n:\...\...
accordingly I have configured my whitelist with one entry for "Download" as directory n:\..\..
Pls note I have downloaded the whitelist & installed the certif as required.
But i am still getting the error .
Would really appreciate any help on pointers.
PFB snapshot of the whitelist xml as well.

First option for testing whether it is whitelist or technology is to disable the whitelist completely.
See note 1731458 for how to disable it.
