Delivery Group in Sales Order

I want to delivery all items in the sales order only when they are all available together.

I beleive we can do this using the ' Delivery Group' option. However, for me the filed is 'GREYED OUT' and am not able to enter data.

Can somebody suggest a way out.

Hi,

We have a field related to this Delivery Group(I donot remember that exactly) in the Item Category definition. You have to do this for the required item categories. Then, in the sales order the field will not be seen greyed out.

Just check filed complete delivery in sales order and save..

This functionality is for this purpose only...

This option will not work for us. This option will mean complete delivery.

In our case, even if there is part quantity of main item and free goods item, equal quantity should be displayed with one schedule line. Balance quantity should be inanother schedule line - but there again free goods should ship along with main item.

hi,

Tick the check box COMPLETE DELIVERY in sales order. U can find it in shipping Tab of Sales Header. This will help u.

In Customer Master - Sales Area Data - Shipping, you can see a tab "Partial deliveries".

Here define that partial deliveries are not allowed.

Del group is used in BOM
