Default header text in sale order

Presently when creating a sale order a user name is set as default. want to change this kindly advise how to do this. Presently using SAP version 4.7.

Hi,

As per my knowledge this user name is linked with ur SAP login name.plz check with ur basis team.

Check with with basis team.

Generally user autorisation profiles are set by them.
