CRM user purchase access

Hi,

We made a version upgrade of SAP Bussiness One, we had 8.8 version and our actual version is 10. In the 8.8 our CRM user license could open purchase quotation window but in the new version this is not possible. This is a configuration problem or a new restriction user?

Hi,

As of SAP Business One version 8.8, the license type SAP Business One CRM Sales User (Standalone) and SAP Business One CRM ServiceUser (Standalone) are replaced with the new license type Limited CRM User.

To solve the issue, please delete the license SAP Business One CRM Sales User (Standalone) and request a new license key for Limited CRM User.

Please check the SAP Note 3318280 for more detail related to your old license type.
