condition class for cancellation charges condition type in pricing

What condition class should I select for cancellation charges condition type in pricing. thanks in advance.

Hi,

For cancellation business want to collect amout that should be come under Surchage so you can use Canculation Type as 'A'

and assign 'A' -Positive under Plus/Minus.

Hi your question is not clear at all..

what is the scneario? cancellation as in returns ? And cancellation for which cond type? if its cancelling against a price cond type then the cancellaiton also should be price cond class..

Hi,

Am assuming that you want to charge the customer for cancellation.. so you can use cond class A which is discount/surcharges and please use 'A' in field plus/minus. However this will not be charged to customer.

You'll have to raise a separate debit memo against the customer for cancellation charges.
