Component Deleted in CJ20n not shown with deletion indicator in PR

Hello,

We have deleted 4 items from the Project ( CJ20N- Tcode) 2 with account assignment "N" and 2 with Account Assignment "Q". However, the 2 items with Account assignment "Q", though showing as deleted in the Project is not showing with a deletion indicator in the Purchase Req. the other 2 are "N" assignment are showing with the deletion indicator. Can anyone explain why?

There is no reservation for the material in the system.

PR is not released while deleting.

PO does not exist.

No MRP for the material.

Matter Most urgent.

Hello,

Can you once check the commitment on the project-- is it reduced to the extent of deletion and less than that?

If not, then there are problems related to commitment activation and we have to approach from that angle.

If commitment is reduced in the project, but item is not shown with deleted indicator in PR, then we have to look for some OSS notes which can help in correction.

I have faced a little different problem and solved through a correction program.

If you let me know further, i can give you the OSS note details.

Hi,

It looks like the purchase requisition for "Q" materials has been acted upon (RFQ would have been created referencing this PR). This is called "Fix"ing of PR.

Can you go to the purchase requistion line item ->Quantities /dates tab - Fixed Ind and check whether it is ticked.

Once a purchase requisition is fixed, I think, deletion indicator will not get set.
