combined order items in 1 delivery

Hello Experts,

To be able to create One delivery for a number of orders, certains Item data need to be the same such as Delivery date, Ship to party, Shipping point and incoterms. But is it a must to also flag the 'combine orders' flag in the customer master in order for this to work?

regards

M Russo

Yes only if you tick this, you can consolidate multiple sale orders into one delivery. This can be changed manually in sale order.

thanks

Hi,

If I understand you, your problem is related with spltting. See note SAP Note 166397 - Delivery split according to customer field ZUKRL and related notes. It's related with copy rules from SO to delivery.

Sorry, my question is relating to whether it is a must that the 'combine orders' flag be set and not about technical issues relating to oss notes.

Hi Mirella,

it works whether you are allowed to combine orders during delivery processing. But it can be already changable manually in the sales doc. header and item level. It just purposes it as a default value from customer master shipping info when creating.
