Hi
We have some legislative changes to be made and as a consequence we need to change the current EGs and ESGs to fit in with these new changes.
Can someone give me heads up on the tables I should review when looking to make these changes for example:
T501 Employee Group
T501T Employee Group Names
T502T Marital Status Designators
T503 Employee Groups / Subgroups
T503K Employee subgroup
T503T Employee Subgroup Names
T503Z Country Assignment for Employee Group/Subg
and any other things we need to be aware of holliday calendars etc?
Anything else I need to look at, previous experiences would be helpful

Are you going to create a new employee group /employee subgroup, change an old EG/ESG or change EG/ESG of current PFs ?

Check table: V_503_ALL
V_T512Z and V_511_B are the tables for assigment of Permissibility based on ESG and PSA
After creating new EG/ESG (grouping also).
Please note that when we update Employee Group/Subgroup of position in PP01, it is not effective to PF in master data which was maintained with that position & old Employee group/supgroup.
So you should check:
- Position
- PFs with old EG/ESG.
