backflushing

When doing backflushing for components, by co11n, system is not proposing

batch automatically. What configuration I need to . Pl help. Very urgent.

if you have maintained batch search proceducre in t/c OPLG and that procedure is assigned to production order type OPL8.

In T/C OPJ2 for plant/order type/ operation 3 you activate the BD

if u want batch determination for finish material

u have to make setting like

go to spro

Logistic general

1)batch management-specify batchlevel and activatestus mangment

2)batch number assignemnt-activate batch number assignment

3)maintain number rang4)activate batch number indiactor for finish material in work scheduling view of materail master

In transaction "OPJ2" for plant/order type/ operation "3" you need to <b>activate</b> the <b>"BD".

My assumption is that you have maintained batch search proceducre control in transaction "OPLG" and that procedure is assigned to the production order type / plant combination in "OPL8".

Have you done the barch determination in prod order ? IF so the batch will come in co11n.

If no you can trigger the batch determination from co11n. try the menu options.
