As a MM consultant what r the activities should know compulsory?

Hi,

1) Solid MM configuration knowledge

2) Material master, Vendor Master, Pricing, Output determination, Procurement (PR, Contract, PO atleast), Goods Receipts with ref to PO, Prod Ord, Goods Issues to Prod Ord, issue to cost center, issue to scrap, Transfer posting (stock type to stock type), STO (plant to Plant - Intra and Inter), integration with SD and FI.

3) Understanding and talking about business processes.

4) How and what you do in each phase of implementation ( if at all you are working in an implementation project). If suppor work, all you just need is (2) and (3) 80%

5) Should be very talkative but with stuff

6) very friendly in the team and must be a team player

7) Some level of understanding overall functions....You should be able to say whether the issue for example, is of MM or FI...

This a very matured module in SAP. You have no other option than going friendly with other MM folks if you come across in your teams. Good luck
