Appraisals forms

Hi,

How can I find the the status of the Appraisal form whether Its complete or not?

Is there a function that returns me all the completed and incomplete forms.

Correct answers will be duely rewarded..

Using the PHAP_ADMIN transaction, you can access by name or user ID to the appraisals and there is the status displayed.

Helllo,

I would like to know how to create different appraisals and then how to get one final appraisal.I am using the transaction PHAP_CATALOG_PA.

If it is OSA, you can try the funtion module HRHAP_DOCUMENT_GET_LIST_STATUS.

For the old appraisals use RHPA_APPRAISALS_READ_STATUS

When OSA you can also check via transactions phap_search_pa/phap_change_pa and phap_admin_pa
