This training focused on partners resellers who operate customers on SAP Business One Cloud hosted by SAP or on SAP Business One Cloud hosted by Partner.

We invite you to take the Cloud Control Center (CCC) training that is offered on an SAP learning platform called Litmos.

The training comprises three learning paths that will help you experience how to operate and monitor the cloud landscape, how to perform your daily tasks and enable your customers to run SAP Business One smoothly.

Sign-Up Instructions

To take the training you need to sign up to each of the three learning paths on Litmos using following URL: https://businessone.litmos.com/self-signup/.

Simply enter your name and email address and each of the following training codes separately - copy & paste the complete code.

Note! make sure you paste/ type exactly the full code with no spaces before or after it:

You will get invitation mails from the system including your user name and a link to each learning path.

I tried signing up for the Online Courses and I am getting the same errors as the others. I copy and paste the line and it errors out "Please enter a valid code" Do you know when this will get resolved?

To download the latest SAP Business One Cloud Patch (CCC 1.1 PL18) please visit Software Download Center at Software Downloads

Click on "SAP Business One" Under "Support Packages and Packages" tab.

Click on "SAP Business One Products"

Click on "SAP Business One Cloud"

Click on "SAP Business One Cloud 1.1" > "Comprised Software Component versions" > "B1 CCC\SLD 1.1"

Download latest Patch - currently "B1Cloud1100P_18-10012968.ZIP"

As a best practice we recommend always to test the upgrade on a test environment to validate your Cloud Operations remain fully functional on latest CCC Patch.

However the portal does not report such. The message on the portal says something to the effect " your codes have already been used". I assumend that message might be related to the validity period of the codes.
