Hi,
We are unable to see the z party roles(added in fine tuning) in the workflow condition(in edit condition-->field). We would want to check the condition as follows and change the ticket status:
Business Object: Ticket
Condition:
If the inspector(Z party role) is assigned
Action: Change the ticket status from New to In-Process

Hi Shridhar,
Custom (Z) Party role is not supported for "Conditions" in workflow rule.
You may raise it as a new requirement in Ideas Forum:
