Hi,
I am trying to call an R/3 transaction (VA01/ VA03) from IC webclient,
I have created an ITS link, defined and mapped the logical systems and gave the ITS URL as described in the help documentation
http://help.sap.com/saphelp_crm50/helpdata/en/92/54ee09984b11d687bc005004f2f41f/content.htm
Under Transaction: CRMS_IC_CROSS_SYS
I tried with following URLs
CRM Mapped and Logical System
http://<crm server name and full domain>:<port>/scripts/wgate/CRM_CIC_RABOX/!
R/3 Mapped and Logical System
http://<R/3 server name and full domain>:<port>/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/ccmp_rabox/!
http://<R/3 server name and full domain>:<port>/scripts/wgate/CCMP_RABOX/!
But I am getting "page not found error"
HTTP: 404.....
What am I missing?
We are using CRM 5.0 so I think we don't have ITS on CRM, we have WebAS. Do we have to do anything separate for WebAS?
The ICM service under Transaction SICF in CRM is active
I tried doing the same following the weblog
/people/raja.g/blog/2007/01/24/displaying-r3-transaction-in-icwc-application
still getting the same error....
Thanks,
Venu

Hi Venu,
Instead of creating a custom Transaction Launcher for VA01 / VA03, have you considered using the delivered Navbar link in the IC Web DEFAULT profile to do the same? In IC Web Profile, DEFAULT, there's a Navbar entry 'Action_Create_R3_Order' that launches a pre-built Transaction Launcher transaction that's VA01.

Please check if the ITS service or the application (ccmp_rabox) is activated in the target system (R/3 system).
Transaction SICF.

Hi,
Follow the following steps
http://help.sap.com/saphelp_crm50/helpdata/en/12/c3e68620514b499c06b8eb26874424/frameset.htm
-check you might missed mapping of logical system and RFC destination.
-If you are not using ITS in the same server, use appropriate ITS server URL.

Laxman
