Territory determination for Accounts with Account Owner per Sales Org

Hi Experts,

We have a requirement to calculate the Territory for accounts replicated from SAP ECC. In ECC these accounts are maintained cross multiples sales organization each one with its own Account Owner (142). When the data is replicated an entry for each owner and related Sales Org is maintained in the Account Sales Team tab.

We have defined Territory rules based on the Sales org and Account Owner but these do not work for our scenario where ownership is maintained related to a sales org.

Has anyone faced the same challenge? How can we derive territory based on the Owner for each sales org?

Hi Antonio,

did you resolve the issue? We got an similar requirement where we need to replicate parties from the territory team to ERP. Therefore they must be present in the Account Team, which is not synced with the account territory team.

Hello,

As far as I know, it is not possible to assign a region from account owner sales data. With the sales organization data, the territory assignment should meet your needs. What error do you get if the customer sales data is not blank?
