Dear Experts,
I have a request to restrict the base population of the Contacts Segmentation profile. The requirement is to filter out contacts who have not engaged within the last 12 months. Additionally, the requirement is to focus only on certain interaction types, such as web visits, forms submissions and message response (opens, click-thrus) - basically positive interactions that demonstrate intent.
One option would be to use re-usable segmentation building blocks, but ideally we'd like to have the population pre-filtered so users do not need to do anything. I've also looked at applying a filter to the profile within the Segmentation Configuration app, but not sure this will cover the full requirements.
If anyone has any advice on how to address this requirement I'd be greatful!
Regards,
Bradley
Hello @bmursell,
Long time, how are you?
You're thinking in the right direction, I suggest applying a filter to the profile within the Segmentation Configuration app. That should ideally cover your use case. Feel free to comment, share screenshots if you face challenges.
