SAP CRM Sessions

Hi All,

Anyone knows from where SAP CRM Framework/WebUI start sessions ?.

After selecting standard business role I have seen a single session is started for the user logged in,, however we have an issue on a Z business role that is generating multiple sessions!.

Please advice/suggest the best way to troubleshoot this!.

Note: SM04 is used as sessions report

Can you explain your problem in details. I am not completely understand you (

If you want to see second SAP CRM tab in WEBUI you may just copy address URL from old tab and insert it to new tab.
