Dear All,

Is it possible to copy the filled surveys from leads to Opportunity when user converts the lead to opportunities?

Hi Logan,

When a Lead is converted into Opportunity, the Surveys from the Lead will appear into the Opportunity based on the Activity Routing Rules maintained and also the Activity Plan. Now, even the completed Surveys will show as Open because of the execution of routing rules. You may also see few more Surveys added than that in Leads. Because of the Routing Rules even the completed Surveys are automatically getting preset as Open inorder to execute a new Survey again.

Anyway, you would always have the option to go into the Account (commonly associated with Lead and the Opportunity) and navigate to Survey Results and view the completed Surveys.

Hi Pavithran,

Do you mean to say that surveys from leads with completed status will flow to opportunity with open status when we are converting?

What kindly of condition we have to maintain in the activity planner for opportunity in order to attain this result.
