Delivered Quantity integration into C4C

Hi All,

My requirement is for every Sales Order that is integrated into C4C from ECC we need to get delivered Quantity of Goods should be passed on to C4C from ECC.

If there is standard integration or custom development please let me know how to proceed in this case.

Hi Rachit,

Did you consider to enable the document flow in your SAP C4C order? Like that data from your ECC order, Delivery, Goods movement etc. is displayed. Having the adobe document server and ECC output in place enables you to display the documents (e.g. the delivery) to the end user in pdf format on request.

If the integration is fully set up you should be able to see the delivery status of the order item line. Check via adaption if these fields are set to display.
