Customer Checkout Manager - Discount percentage in sales reports

Hello,

I have been trying to find a sales report in SAP Customer Checkout Manager that shows the discount percentage that was applied to an article in th receipt created in SAP Customer Checkout.

I can see that some reports show the information of the discount amount, but not the percentage information. So far, I have only been able to find this information in the Receipts app at item leven, but not in any sales report.

Any help with this will be appreciated.

Hello Maria Teresa,

Currently, the Sales Reports available in the CCO manager don't provide this information.

If it something that you would like to have in the system, consider to create a Feature Request in the Influence Channel.

You can also try to develop a report extracting the information directly from the CCO manager database.
