C4C- CPQ integration does not work with google cloud identity (SSO)

Hello,

We are implementing Cloud for customer integrated with SAP CPQ (fka Callidus) using the latest integration method (C4C quote to CPQ quote). In that case CPQ screen in embeded in C4C quotation screen.
To provide users a seemless integration we set up SSO for both systems using Google Cloud identity as SAML IDP.

The issue is that Google Cloud Identity does not allow the authentication page to be embeded (x-frame-options) resulting in an error when I open the quote in C4C.

Has anyone experienced this kind of issue and found a solution

Hello Benjamin,

Reason might be that source and target system details are not correctly maintained in the CPI and in your IDP SSO URL details of C4C and CPQ needs to be correctly setup in order to redirect the CPQ in the C4C after the integration setup.
