Hi All,
We are using SAP 365 for our email Campaign. Some customers reply back to the email send by campaign. Do we have any option to send autoresponse.

Hi,
Yes, you can do this by configuring a trigger-based campaign for interaction type "Inbound Email" as the trigger and configure a follow-up action to send emails to such customers as "auto-response".
Note: You may need to activate the trigger in the "Manage Your Solution" app in order to configure a new campaign using this.
