On investigation, it was observed that the product reference in the Cart Entry was missing. Based on the info attribute of Cart Entry, we were able to determine which product was present in the entry. On checking that product's information, we found that the product having different created time/modified time in staged and online version. So the online product in the cart has pk which was removed from hybris system. we found out that its because of composite cronjob which runs daily.
We are not able to found why its getting removed and how its removed. We found out that its happening mostly for variant products.
