Member getting removed from Membership in CRM Loyalty Management

Hi Gurus

I am facing an issue in CRM Loyalty Management, I have created a Member Account and created a new Membership. Once I logoff and Login again in the Web UI, system is removing the Member from the Membership.

On further investigation i found that the table entries for the relationship exists in CRM table - LOYD_MSH_MS_MEMB, however system is not able read and display the same on the Web UI under Membership->Assigned Members assignment block.

Has any one came across such issues?

Any suggestion for possible solution will be much appreciated.

I have been suffering this issue. Tried many time to find SAP notes as well as the configuration but no success. Is there any ideas on that particular issue? Many thanks
