Is that possible to bring level 4 and level 5 of the product Hierarchy into C4C on the Product,migration tool is used to migrate product category hierarchy, is that the same thing ?

Hi Deepak,

You can use migration templates to update the Level 4/5 of Product Hierarchy/Category. Level 1 is called as Product Hierarchy and all the subsequent nodes are called as Product Categories.

While uploading multilevel product hierarchy, Please make sure you are properly passing the "Parent Product Category ID" to link it to the upper hierarchy level. Please refer to the attached snap shot for better understanding.
