ICM Manager Dashboard is Read Only !! ?

Hi all,

I have implemented Business Package for SAP CRM 5.0, in this i have enabled ICM manager role, under which there is an iview " ICM manager dashboard". i have set all the required permissions but when i click on this iview, its displaying

"Dashboard Personalization for "" Profile (Read only) ", why and from where this read only is coming? i know this iview is BSP iview and application its calling is CRM_IC_MDB. Because of this Read Only i am not able to do any thing in this iview, what could be the cause? any inputs?

The SAP help IC Manager Settings helped me get something in our play system

Prerequisites

RFC destinations are defined in transaction SM59.

Communication Management Software system IDs are defined in SAP Menu Maintain Communication Management Software Connections.

Activities

...

1. Under SAP Menu Interaction Center ® Supporting Processes, access IC Manager Settings.

2. Maintain the following information, as needed:

3. Assign the profile(s) to one or more organizational objects.

a. Access SAP Menu Interaction Center ® Supporting Processes ® IC Structure ® Change Organization and Staffing.

b. Select the organizational object and choose Goto ® Detail Object ® Enhanced Object Description.

c. Under Infotype Name, select IC Manager Profile and Create.

d. Choose the profile you maintained above.

The settings apply to anyone who is associated to that organizational object.
