Hi,
I don't know how i define a user, who will login interaction center with his/her password and send e-mail to the agent.
My question is not definin a user! I don't know how can i make and test e-mail settings?
Please answer detailed, because i am new at crm.

For simple mail settings, please follow the link:-

The basic requirements are:-
a) Get a SMTP mail server configured and get a mail-id or address configured.
b) Assign this mail id to the Agent
Then you can send mails at this mail id.
