Contact conversion to Individual Customer in Cloud for Customer 1705

Hi All,

I have one Contact in the C4C system and i want to convert this Contact to Individual Customer. Is this possible?

Hi Muzeyyen

your requirement is to convert Contact to Individual Customer.

We cannot remove or delete the relationship of contact with the customer.

As 'Contact' is the master data you do not have option to be 'Deleted' only you can set it to 'Obselete' and create a new Individual Customer for that contact.

Contact is a master data which can not be converted to Individual customer. Even Individual customers are those, who are not associated with a corporate account and do business with your company directly, hence individual customer has no contact tab i.e. no relation with contact and individual customer.

An individual customer could be linked to a corporate Account?
