Campaign Automation dont start

Hi,

I have create a short Campaign Automation, but it doesnt start. Only the Errormessage " Campaign doesnt start" appears. There are no further resasons mentioned, the Assigment Block "Messages" is empty.

Can someone help me?

Hi Hayit,

Please check the customizing settings involved for campaigh automation. Moreover you can take the help of a basis guy to check whether your system has the path defined to send the external campaigns.

When I start the Campaignelements separately it works. But I want to start them back-to-back.

Excuse me, but what is a basis guy?

A basis guy is your SAP system administrator.He controls all the authorizations , connectivity etc.

We use now CRM 7

This is a Authorization issue. Ask your Basis adminstrator to update your security role. For quick check use 'SAP_ALL' and it will work.
