C4 Multi Client integration ERP

Dear Integration experts,

since the customer has multiple clients that need to be integrated with C4, there are some approaches that I found out during my research:

1. Usage of BADI for recipient system determination in C4 and using multiple communication arrangements and communication systems - in addition to multiple iflow packages and iflows. Client ID must be added to data in KUT field. Of course one has to consider custom adaptations and extensions per client, which increases the effort

or

2. Modification of standard iflow with router within one single iflow based on condition for recipient system. Disadvantage here is that once the standard iflow with receiver system adaptation has been modified, it will no longer get updates from SAP.

3. Using one tenant per client as described here:

What is your recommendation or thoughts?

HI Rafat,

The best option is to use 1st option =i.e.. Usage of BADI for recipient system determination in C4 and using multiple communication arrangements and communication systems.
