BP replication problem from ERP to CRM (if non-empty fax/phone)

Hi there.

There is a problem with the data replication business partner from ERP-system to CRM.

It is this: if on BP are only the name and address, then everything is OK. And if you specify also fax or phone number, then an error occurs.

Tr. SMW01 shows something like

UPD_IN_MI_BACK1: F04DA23B576F1EE3979C791EC2FFEE3DTEL004AD_NMBDEFA99: TEL004AD_NMBDEFA999912312359592

Validation error occurred: Module CRM_BUPA_MAIN_VAL, BDoc type BUPA_MAIN.

I checked the list of Notes - 1240916, 1076996, 1464334 - they are already installed.

Please tell me what could be the source of the problem?

Hi Alexandr,

Actually there are 3 reports in Note 1240916, have you run all 3 reports in ECC!!

If that is done, then I'll suggest to execute a report which in Note 436119 in ECC, basically in Note 1240916 these report correct the address inconsistencies and Note 436119 report help to correct the inconsistencies which 3 reports did not corrected.

Hope above suggestion helps in closing the issue.

Yes, and result is "No inconsistencies were found"

If that is done, then I'll suggest to execute a report which in Note 436119 in ECC

Executed.
Report errors issued only for older DP, for them replication is no longer needed.

By the way, there is the same error even with correct email:

Have you tried to create this data directly in SAP ECC?

What is meant by the word "directly"? 
I did it through the transaction BP (rather than through a "insert" sql-query into a table KNA1)

It is also the fact that if I specify the BP phone, when you save - the data is not replicated; and if you then delete the phone and save again - then replicated.

I mean, if your tried to create de BP in SAP ECC (XD01 transaction) with these data. Sometimes SAP ECC validations or user exits are the error, but it seems to be SAP CRM Middleware.
