Suggestion regarding SAP CRM

Hi Experts,

Hope you are doing great!

I am looking for a small suggestion from you guys. My academic background includes BBA (Automobile Marketing) and MSC in International Marketing Management.

I have total of 6 years of experience in Retail, Operations and including 1 year in SAP SD. Currently working as SAP SD support consultant. I have been thinking of to do SAP CRM and apply jobs with a combination of SAP SD and CRM plus my marketing MSc. as I have been told that this would be a good combination for my career in SAP.

So I am asking you guys here, please suggest me will this be a good combination or some other combination will be beneficial for me? All suggestions are welcome.

Many thanks in advance

Sandeep S Sidhu

Hi Sandeep,

Based on you experience, SAP SD and SAP MM would be a better combination.

Leon

Well I see no harm in that combination. Plus, its not somthing out of your line. Plus there's a good demand for CRM consultant too.

Hi Sandeep,

It is always better to be strong in one module. Having the combination will give you an edge, but you will not often

get opporunity to work in combinations.

And SD and CRM doesn't come along as a combination. You can get in to CRM and become strong there.

That will give you an edge as per the current market.

I am not sure if you have really studied the market. There are quite a lot of oppurtunities in the current market

for SD, MM alone. I don't really agree your point there.

Regards,

Leon
