
As part of SAP for Me "Customer Insights" dashboard moved to the new online in-app help "SAP Companion" which is a component of Enable Now. This web-based help system is designed to provide context-sensitive assistance, ensuring you can easily find all the information you need.
Key Features of SAP Companion:
You do not need to navigate away from Customer Insights application and search for the Online-documentation, you can just click on the "?" icon in the upper right corner and the documentation appears exactly when you need it.
It is always related to the screen where you are right now. And it provides you with a short explanation to each element on the User Interface as well as with detailed explanations of what do you see on the screen.
At the moment it focuses on offering online help about high-level topics, navigation options, dashboards, cards, and applications. Gradually it will be extended, and some interactive Guided Assistance will be added.
Tell us, where you need more detailed information or where would you like to have a Guided Tour to explain a particular section in Customer Insights, a graph or how to use a reporting feature. We are happy to extend and improve your user experience based on your feedback.
